31 Jo Kata

In this presentation you will see the 31 Jo Kata.

The aim is to:

+Observe and practice WHOLE body movement

+Be aware that the Jo is an EXTENSION of your body

+Practice to co-ordinate your feet with the movements and steps.

+Use HARA, contact HARA with each movement.

+Use KI- extend KI through the JO… Hint connect with your HARA when extending KI through JO

+The Kata should be a continual fluid moment and should be performed like you are gliding with your whole body.
