Polar H10 recommended
The Roadmap uses HRV biofeedback in your consultations and for your practice at home, which needs a heart rate sensor. We recommend the Polar H10 chest strap; if a strap doesn’t suit you, the Polar Verity Sense armband is an alternative, though less sensitive. We sometimes have them at the clinic — ask when you book. Otherwise order one before you start so you are ready on day one.
