DR ASHLEY CONNELL
Ash is founder of the Vital Force community, including an Aikido dojo in Geelong, Victoria. His goal is to help people to discover and ignite their vital force within and share their gifts with the world. Ash is a chiropractor and trains chiropractors and other body-based health professionals, helping them to treat their patients with greater success based upon one of his passions, identifying and treating true causes of physical pain. Ash’s work in the health sector has been shaped by his early career as a professional rugby player and 45 years of martial arts practice, with 25 of those years as a student and now teacher of Aikido.
“I am motivated to help people achieve true happiness and contentment, living life to its fullest experiencing optimum health and wellness.”
JESSICA CONNOR KENNEDY
Jess specializes in helping groups make decisions, to debate and decide together rather than to announce and defend. Her work is with small and large organisations, government and corporate, helping them tackle big issues that they cannot solve alone. Jess is experienced in outrage and conflict management, and her goal is to help people connect and be creative together, to find common ground even when it seems all is lost. After learning Aikido for 8 years, Jess started taking Aikido off the mat and into workplaces with Dr Ash.
“I love seeing the way Aikido helps build confidence and leads to
people bringing their best selves to work. In this time of change in our world, we need to be connected and creative more than ever.”
