I really love this title,
it just sends me into internal dialogue on the many ways “Out of My MIND” can be said… many many ways including LOUD, ANGRY, QUIET, FEEBLE, even COMICAL.
I guess it comes down to how stressed I happen to be in my life in any given moment as to which dialogue I adopt.!
The gift here is that you can grade your stress levels and how you’re functioning in the world simply by how you emote by saying this phrase whist connecting with your emotional body and mind. I mean by saying it with complete honesty as to how you are feeling at the time.
“Out Of My Mind”
How did you go?
Did you connect with how you are feeling and thinking?
I’m hoping so because when we start to really connect with emotions we can then work out if our reaction (the degree and how we respond) is truly authentic and appropriate to the given situation.
Because we are human, we are allowed to have emotions and express them, in fact it’s healthy to do so, its part of being alive…healthy wellbeing.
If you found your that dialogue was too excessive, falling short or inappropriate to how you really feel then this indicates a disharmonious mind- emotional connection.
Is your response due to other unexpressed emotions?
Do you know why you chose to emote that way?
Maybe an answer is to reassess and work out your patterning, conditioning and neural pathways.
Via an understanding of Neuroscience and how neuroplasticity works we can analyse our conscious and unconscious behaviours then use conscious thought to reconnect and become harmonious with our emotions.
Neuroplasticity is the ability of our nervous system to be able to be moulded like plastic to create new pathways. More on neuroplasticity in future blogs.
